I've been investing for five years and really wish I had BirdDogBot when I started!
It's a VERY simple to use but POWERFUL program. It is honestly one of the easiest programs that I have ever used. It has literally saved me thousands of hours in analyzing deals. It's like having a darn-near free assistant finding and analyzing deals for me! Besides finding and analyzing deals, BirdDogBot also gives me rent comps, which are very important to me being a landlord. As if all this wasn't good enough, BirdDogBot added my new favorite feature... importing your own deals! Yes, I can take any deal, wholesale, flip or rental that I have from anywhere (including MLS!), it doesn't have to come from BirdDogBot and I can import it using Excel (or OpenOffice), for BirdDogBot to analyze!
The customer service is really the best. It's really refreshing to find support this fast and thorough - and believe it or not but BirdDogBot support actually listens to you and implements your suggestions. It's a fantastic program at a nominal price.

I've always been amazed on how BirdDogBot is conceived and designed having investors in mind. It has allowed me to save a lot of time finding deals. I don't have to scour the MLS and analyze each property.
Your software does all that and much more.
It finds and analyzes each lead and notifies me when a deal is found.
The first time I used the software, it gave me 3 deals right away. It is astounding to see that the program actually calculates everything for the investor... from the profit needed, to repair, holding, closing costs and how much I should offer!
It is very easy to use even by someone who has no computer or technology background. I also like the fact that you personally answer my questions promptly.

BirdDogBot is by far the easiest and most effective way of analyzing a ton of deals at once. I used to sit at my computer and analyze deals one at a time for hours at night and still be unsure as to whether a property was really a deal or not.
BirdDogBot has not only cut that time down to about 20-30 minutes, but also takes the criteria I give it and tells me whether or not I should proceed, which is very helpful and reassuring.
The support staff has been extremely prompt with their response time to all my questions and the development team appears to be working very hard at continuously making BirdDogBot a better product. These guys are the real deal. They are truly here to make a new or seasoned investor's life easier when analyzing potential deals...

When I first saw your video online, my first thought was "B*LLSH*T! There's no way you can find properties at those prices, especially not with the deal criteria you teach!"
