We just downloaded it today. Great software for finding deals. We tried so many and none of them analyzed the property results as the bot has done…..great job.

I pulled up 33 like properties but none where shown

The software is fully functional for the trial period. If you analyzed 33 properties and none of them appeared in your “My Deals” list, it’s because none of them met your deal criteria.
