Adding your own deals to BirdDogBot is super-simple! Simply enter a property address and an asking price, and BirdDogBot will analyze the property for you and present the property on its own custom proforma page which you can share with your investors.
You can also edit your deals and even edit the deals that BirdDogBot has found for you.
