The software looks promising so far — but please bring back the option to search the entire state.
Thanks,
Joanna

On your tutorial about how to find deals, it says I should log in first. But it does not show you where to do this.

Hey David,
You login to the site using the desktop software. When you first launch it, on the bottom half of the screen there is a login/password window. You enter your information there.
Alternatively, if you want to just login to see what deals are in your system, you can login at http://www.birddogbot.net. You can do so from any browser, including your phone browser. Please note, you cannot run a search if you login using this method. It is only there for you to view/update your deals.
Let me know if you have any more questions…
Thanks,
Kosta

Could you consider adding the HUDHomeStore.com site to your algorithm? I get most of my deals now through HUD and spend hours gathering the “is it a deal” data to determine if I should move forward or not.

Hi Elizabeth,
I will add HUDHomeStore.com to my list of sites to build into the algorithm and if it fits into the model, I can have that added.
