….just to be a little more specific it ran ok on a small city with only 22 properties found, but when it was analyzing one city with 68 properties and the other with 100 tha’ts when it froze up.
Hey Kirk,
I’m not sure what causes it to freeze; although I will admit I’ve seen it do that to me too on the larger searches as well. I’ve found that threshold to be around 60 or so properties. At the same time, on occasion I’ve run it on some 100+ property searches and it worked fine. We are aware of this bug and we’re trying to figure it out.
You can search entire cities, in fact you can even search entire states. The only issue is, as you pointed out, when the list gets too large you run the risk of it freezing up. We’ll figure something out I’m sure…
Some other workarounds, in the meantime, are to search within zip codes or you could also “tighten” your other search criteria. For example, search in smaller price ranges or adjust the bed/baths options. Personally, I like to adjust my price ranges as getting a list of all zip codes can be tedious…

Quick update on the freezing issue…
I believe we have this one solved now. I’ve run a number of searches and analyzed close to 200 properties per search with no freezing now!
Good idea but i tried to run it on a couple of cities in So Cal and it froze. Seems to work on specific zip codes ok (though no matches came up) but not whole cities?? In both cases it found the listings but froze when doing the analysis.
