Property Listing Sites

Here is a great list of a bunch of sites with property listings.

Over time, we will be integrating as many of these sites as we can into BirdDogBot, but help us prioritize!

How much will BirdDogBot will charge users once the program is rolled out of beta? Will it be expensive?

  Pricing hasn’t been determined yet, but I will make it affordable and make sure you’re getting a good return on your investment.
  
  Because I appreciate the feedback of my beta users such as yourself, I will be offering something special for them before we launch.

Great list of real estate sites above. Fabulous to- the-point explanations on your posts with the unnecessary filler trimmings excised. Surprising that your site has not so far attracted a larger following so far (because I think that it is fabulous…..and free to boot at this time) but then you have only recently started up….and maybe it is also because your are focusing on Canadians (I am assuming). Your bot program is quite excellent… and I have isolated a number of interesting properties using it. It is very simple to use and with the addition of your property evaluation software…..make it indispensable…..(a similar software that I have used was decidedly more complex and annoying to use). I am interested in multifamily buildings and Loopnet would be a great choice from the list above….although I rather suspect that I would be in a very small minority. I am looking forward to the evolution of your program.

  Thank you so much for the positive feedback. I know it sounds cheesy, but it’s feedback like this that keeps the fire burning, so thank you!
  
  I wouldn’t say I’m focusing on Canadian investors, but strangely it seems that’s where the bulk of the folks are coming from! I’m sure some of our American friends will join the party soon and outnumber us before we know it.
  
  I’ve been working on building a bit of a following; however my passion is more in creating great software that makes life easier (gotta love automation!). I really should spend some more time building up the following but I can’t help but put a priority on my existing users first.
  
  As for loopnet, or any other site people want added, I will cast your vote and prioritize accordingly. I think it’s almost time to support some new sites aside from homepath so stay tuned and barring any technical difficulties, I will get loopnet added for you as soon as I can.
