In this video I’m going to share with you 7 critical factors you need to look at when evaluating a real estate market for investment. I’m also going to show you a website I use to do this research and how to use that website to get your information quickly.
BTW – here’s the link to BestPlaces.net for your convenience.
What factors do you look at when evaluating a market?
Post your comments below and let me know…
Hi and praise The Lord. That was good information but, I want to know the formula are use for the percentages. I’m not that good with percentages. I can do the math with percentages. But, overal that look like a good site to work with.
I am still getting used to BirdDogBot, I find it a very useful tool. Thanks for all the free training.
Thanks for the link and video.
Very interesting information. I had not seen the website used but will incorporate it in my research. I am anxious to learn more through you. Thank you
I like BIRD DOG BOT sounds good. I live in Texas as well. I been looking for a tool that can help me with market and single family info. I THINK I WILL GIVE IT A TRY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great, we look forward to having you aboard!
Let me know if you have any questions. I’m here to help!
Nice video, thanks for posting.
Factor 1 slide shows US pop growth at nearly 10%, too fast if annual, too slow if decennial. Do you know what’s the website basis? Factor 6, as presented, seems to be more property-related than market-related, in which case it would belong to another set of criteria.
Sounds like a great tool thank you for sharing got any free trials?
We don’t have a free trial version right now, but we do offer a 60 day money back guarantee. So if you try it out and aren’t pleased for any reason, just send me an email and I’ll refund your purchase.
Let me know if you have any more questions!
Factor number 4 is what I was looking for. In Brazoria, TX the medium home price is $95,000 and the medium household income is $50,000… looks like I’m golden. : ) No wonder properties around here don’t stay on the market very long.
Thanks for these videos… I really feel more educated when making offers now.
Hey Brian – glad I can help!
