In this video I’m going to show you how to export data from your BirdDogBot account.

There are currently 2 main types of information you’d want to export from your account, namely your deals and, if you’re a BirdDogBot Pro member, the list of leads you generated in your buyers list.

You may want to export your deals if you want to manipulate the information in excel, or import them into another software platform, or for any other reason.

Likewise with your buyers list, you may want to take your list of buyers from BirdDogBot and add them into a CRM or an email auto-responder like Aweber or Infusionsoft or whatever else you’re using.

So let’s take a look at how to do this…

I’m going to login to my account at birddogbot.net. First, let’s look at exporting your deals. To do that, let’s go to our “My Deals” list.

If you want to export all your deals, simply click on the “Export” button, then select “All Deals”. Pick a location to save your file, rename it if you like, and that’s it. Now you can open the file in excel and do what you need with it.

There’s also the option to filter a smaller list of deals for export. To do this, simply use our filtering capabilities on the “My Deals” page, then click the “Export” button and select “Deals In This View”. So if you don’t need all your deals and just want specific deals, that’s how you do it.

So, to demonstrate, here the “My Deals” list in this account. You’ll notice at the top that the entire account has 215 deals. Let’s say I only want deals in Miami that have a “NEW” status in my account. So I enter “Miami in the filter box and select “NEW” from the dropdown list. Now you’ll see we’ve filtered down to just 12 properties that are “NEW” and in “Miami”. You can search by anything you want, whether it’s a zip code or a street name, it doesn’t matter.

Anyhow, once we have our list, which is now only 12 properties, just select “Export”, then select “Deals In This View”. Save the file, and you’re done. Now when you open it, you’ll see we just have the 12 properties that were filtered in the current view of the “My Deals” list.

So that’s pretty easy…

Exporting buyers is just as easy. Just go to your “Buyers” menu, and click on the “Export Buyers” button. Pick a location to save your file, rename it if you like, and that’s it. Now you can open the file in excel and do what you need with it.

And that is how easy it is to export your deals and buyers from within BirdDogBot.
